We have expanded our facilities in China with additional 1000 sqr. Meters at the Coehejing High-Teck park in Shanghai. The company is located in a new modern industrial area close to the city main domestic airport and only a few minutes away from Shanghai’s highway network.
The new facility counts with state-of-the-art equipment and already with 3 years production experience.
The company is servicing China and Asian markets.
Esteves-DWD (Spain) SA and Temsa Diamond Die Division SA, both of Cervello, Spain have reached an agreement whereby, effective October 9, 2007, Esteves has acquired, for an undisclosed amount, most of the assets and the business of Temsa Diamond.
The managing director of Temsa- Diamond, Mr Jaume Cabrera, will join the Esteves sales team at the same date.
Mr Cabrera said: “I am very happy to return to the company where I have worked for many years and I am looking forward to continue to be active in the die business, serving customers all over the world. I see this as a very positive move for our customers who will be able to benefit from the resources of a much larger company.”
Mr Jordi Roger, sales manager of Esteves, said: “ The acquisition of the Temsa Diamond business is an important step for our company. We are exited about the possibilities to serve an expanding customer base. At the same time we welcome Mr Cabrera back to our company. With his experience and understanding of the diamond die business, he will be a positive addition to our commercial team”.
